The hotel is relaxing and luxurious with helpful staff who provide great customer service. the large room had a comfy bed, central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe. the view was delightful and breakfast was amazing. the location is just off beautiful gardens with peacocks, cats, turtles, and birds. everything was outstanding. It will definitely be my next choice in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna, were also great. We found it easy to get around as there were taxis readily available. Plus, the location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby for us to try out.
